Antonio Vicente, CEO of AI Talentum, talks about the nutritional chatbot developed in the European project Towards a Smarter Shopping List and how it aims to be a virtual reference that helps families improve the diet of their children.

The interactive ASSIST platform, developed within the framework of this project, integrates different very useful resources to improve the shopping list of families with children. The nutritional chatbot stands out, concentrating the knowledge of a group of experts in the field. It is also capable of learning based on the user profile and their interaction thanks to the use of artificial intelligence.

The project has been funded by EIT Food, a pioneering European initiative for food innovation, which works to make the food system more sustainable, healthy and reliable. The initiative is made up of a consortium of the main players in the industry, startups, research centers and universities from all over Europe, of which AI Talentum has been a member since 2016.
