Description

The Elastic Model is used to calculate the normal low frequency modes of a macromolecule, one of the main applications being the identification of potential conformational changes.

Following this model that comes from the field of bioinformatics, we have developed a predictive model that is based on the excitation of a molecule based on the elastic power of the bonds of its atoms.

The applications of this innovative point of view are being tested in the field of finance, energy and connected objects, giving rise to a research work within the framework of Industrial PhD thesis.
