The technology companies IOTIC Solutions and ISOTADER have officially merged under the company AI TALENTUM, thereby consolidating a leading business group in artificial intelligence, sustainable innovation, and the development of digital solutions aimed at social impact. The operation was formalised last April and strengthens the organisational structure, development capacity, and national and international projection of the business group.
AI TALENTUM has established itself as a business group with a highly specialised multidisciplinary team, made up of experts in artificial intelligence, data science, and strategic consulting. It has also carried out more than 30 projects at the national level, 9 projects at the European level, and maintains numerous collaborations with public and private entities.
The integration formalises a collaboration that was already taking place naturally and is now formalised in a single corporate identity, the result of the union of two complementary trajectories.
ISOTADER, with more than two decades of experience in technology consulting applied to quality, the environment and social responsibility, contributes its strategic approach to sustainability and organisational transformation.
IOTIC Solutions, specialising in artificial intelligence and expert systems since 2018, contributes its capacity for innovation in sectors such as industry, energy and food.
Together, both companies reinforce AI TALENTUM’s value proposition, combining technological vision and applied knowledge to drive solutions with real impact.
‘With this merger, we all win: the team, the clients, and the environment. We are unifying experience, knowledge, and commitment under a brand that is already generating results and aspires to continue growing with solid roots,’ says AI TALENTUM CEO Antonio Vicente Contreras.
This restructuring reinforces AI TALENTUM’s commitment to a useful, people-centred innovation model. Among its most notable projects at the European level are TITAN, an initiative focused on transforming food supply chains through digital solutions that promote healthier and more sustainable habits; and ARISTOTELES, a project focused on personalised medicine, which applies artificial intelligence to the prediction and management of complex diseases such as atrial fibrillation.
At the national level, GoGreen stands out as a tool that allows companies to easily calculate and simulate their carbon and water footprints through a digital platform, thus helping them move towards zero-emission processes.
Furthermore, collaboration with universities such as the University of Murcia (UMU) and Miguel Hernández University in Elche (UMH), as well as with technology centres and public administrations within the framework of R&D&I projects developed at both national and European level, enables the group to improve the application of advanced technological solutions to real challenges in different sectors.
With the integration of IOTIC Solutions and ISOTADER, the company reinforces a unified corporate identity and an innovation proposal aimed at solving real challenges in sectors such as healthcare, industry, education, and public administration. The new group defines itself as a space where artificial intelligence and human talent converge to transform organisations and enhance professional development.
Its approach combines technological innovation with sustainability, specialised training and collaborative work, establishing itself as an active agent in the processes of change demanded by both the business community and public institutions.
“We are proud of this step forward. We are combining history, technology and a vision for the future. Our goal is to continue growing and generating value from the Region of Murcia to the rest of the world,” concludes Executive Director Antonio Vicente Contreras.
